Welcome to the Headquarters and Support Battalion, Marine Corps Base family

My name is Justin Wilson and I am the Unit Readiness Coordinator (URC) for Headquarters & Support Battalion, Marine Corps Base. My position at the Battalion is to provide resources to help our families be self-sufficient providing our Marines and Sailors with peace of mind in the event they must deploy. Overall our goal is to provide support to your family during your stay here in Okinawa each and every day. In order to assist our families, my duties as your URC are to provide timely communication, readiness and deployment support, and information and resource referral for the Marines, Sailors and their families. This support is based upon our Unit, Personal, and Family Readiness Program (UPFRP) and the Commander's intent.

If you have any questions or concerns in regards to your current transition such as finding a job, educational opportunities on island, Marine Corps Family Team Building programs, or our Unit, Personal, and Family Readiness Program (UPFRP), please ask. I would be more than happy to provide you with answers to all your questions and concerns.
