IPAC Okinawa's Mission: To provide effective and efficient personnel administration services to all Commanders, their Marines and family members. This includes the obligation of ensuring military personnel are administratively prepared for worldwide deployment with the operating forces.  Our goal is to maintain accurate information within the Marine Corps Total Force System and provide quality and timely services in a professional manner.

IPAC SECTIONS

 

PCS/PCA 

We provide assistance and handle All PCS/PCA Outbound and Inbound Interviews OBI & IBI.

END OF SERVICE (EOS) 

We provide assistance and process All Retirements, Marines Separating from the Marine Corps, Marines being Administratively Separated, Medical Separations, On-Island Separations, and Transfers by service record.

 

ACCESSIONS (FIRST DUTY STATION) 

We provide assistance and process ALL new joins for Accession (first duty station) Marines both officer and enlisted. All other Marines PCS'ing & PCA'ing refer to the PCS/PCA page. 

 

WALK-INS   

We provide assistance to All customers walking into the IPAC with Areas Clearance's, Dependent Adds, Housing Entitlements, Marriage/Divorce Packages, Overseas Tour Incentives, Travel Entitlements, SGLI Information, TA Sponsorship's.

EPAR SECTION   

We provide assistance and process ALL EPARs that are NOT related to PCS/PCA, Separation and Retirement, Promotions, Legal, and Limited Duty.

 

PROMOTION, LEGAL & LIMITED DUTY (PLL)   

We provide assistance with the accurate review and reporting of All matters pertaining to Promotions, Legal & Limited Duty and the corrections to any training information.  

 

ID CARD CENTER   

The Main ID Center is located aboard Camp Foster IPAC Bldg #5699 RM #127.

PASSPORT OFFICE

We provide assistance with tourist passports and special issuance passports.
